Krishnaya Vasudevaya, Haraye Paramatmane |
Pranata Klesa Nasaya, Govindaya Namo Namah ||

కృష్ణాయ వాసుదేవాయ హరయే పరమాత్మనే |
ప్రణత క్లశ నాశాయా గోవిందాయ నమో నమః ||

Krishnaya - to Krishna; Vasudevaya - the son of Vasudeva; Haraye - the Supreme Lord, Hari; Parama-atmane - the Supersoul; Pranata - of those who have surrendered; Klesa - of the distress; Nasaya - to the destroyer; Govindaya - to Govinda; Namo Namah - repeated obeisances.

Meaning
I offer my obeisances unto Shri Krishna, son of Vasudeva and who removes the suffering of all who has surrender to him.
